Send Your Rain

The land is parched,

The flowers are wilting.

Send Your rain, Lord, send Your rain.

The earth turns and turns,

But the clouds don’t yield.

Send Your rain, Lord, send Your rain.

The rivers are low,

Seeds barely will grow.

Send your rain, Lord, send Your rain.

Our hearts are dry,

Sin clouds our eyes.

Send Your rain, Lord, send Your rain.

Our skin is burning,

Our hearts are yearning.

Send Your rain, Lord, send Your rain.

We hope and dream,

But can’t pick up steam.

Send Your rain, Lord, send Your rain.

Heal our land, Lord,

Heal our hearts, Lord.

Send Your rain, send Your rain
